Reviews and Ratings
What a delightful stay! The rooms are so comfortable with excellent block out curtains, nice beds, lovely bathrooms with a separate shower and bath, all immaculate and charming, offering wonderful views of the mountainside. The nice balcony was a lovely touch. The service was professional, attentive, kind, and friendly, ensuring a top-notch experience. The location is excellent, with nice walking paths around and slopes right at the hotel's doorstep. The dining experience left nothing to be desired, offering fantastic options. A truly fantastic stay with just a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol was a mixed experience. The rooms had very efficient and quiet air conditioning, yet they were not as soundproof and dark as I expected. The location offers great opportunities for various activities but could use some maintenance in certain areas. The dining experience was pleasant with homemade treats, although a bit crowded for my liking. The service was friendly overall, but there were some instances of unprofessional behavior.
The hotel's rooms are not as spacious as advertised on the website, with some maintenance issues, but they do offer a nicely decorated space with a large rain shower. The service, although slow and forgetful at times, is excellent overall, with great attention to detail. The location is outstanding, providing ample opportunities for activities and exploration. The dining experience, while offering some homemade treats, falls short of what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The facilities are satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious with very efficient and quiet air conditioning, and I loved having a balcony to enjoy. However, the shuttle availability could be clearer, and the dining experience, while delicious, was below what I expected. The location was absolutely breathtaking, offering a perfect mix of relaxation and outdoor adventures.
The hotel offers stunning mountain views from the balcony but falls short in room size compared to website descriptions, with dated furniture and broken curtains. The service is both friendly and professional. The location is amidst the mountains, needing a taxi, but is well-maintained and great for skiers. The dining experience exceeds expectations, especially with homemade apple strudel and smoothies. The facilities are top-notch but lack some day beds and maintenance. While the overall experience is good, the price may not fully align with the value offered.
